Where can I view my Auto-Condition Reporting system?
I didn't quite catch that, how exactly does it work?
Auto-Condition Reporting (ACR) allows users to pull real-time and historical data from the moment you set up your display. Monitoring can be conducted on individual displays in a video wall, kiosks, InteracTables, and extra-large commercial monitors. It does this by polling displays for power status, back-light readings, internal temperature, and input activity; this information is then funneled into a mobile application or Windows program available for viewing at anytime.
So, why do I need this?
The information that ACR provides enables immediate diagnostics as well as improving service planning – a must for any video wall requiring uninterrupted up time. This system will also reduce frequency of onsite service calls, minimize overall downtime, and eliminate the guesswork involved in troubleshooting mounted displays. ACR also allows you to conduct basic remote control functions such as: powering displays on/off and source changing from your Android mobile device or PC.
